What should the audience do?

Choose one main goal: understand the brand, learn about a product, enquire or join an event. Turn that goal into a clear message and next step.

Who is watching, and where?

A product explanation for existing clients differs from a first brand introduction. Agree the platform, viewing context, language and format before adapting versions.

Which facts can you verify?

Collect product specifications, service scope and actual assets and appoint a fact reviewer. Unsupported performance, sales, credentials or testimonials should not enter the script.

Use this guide to prepare a conversation. It does not replace a project quote, rights review or agreement. Bring your purpose, approximate material quantity and timing to discuss a suitable plan.
