Get my film proposalPROCESS STEPS
Tell us the purpose, audience, materials, budget and timing. Agree the scope and quote.
Review the story, key information, storyboard and visual direction before production.
Produce the images, voice, music and subtitles agreed in the script.
Consolidate feedback for two rounds within scope. Our corrections do not use your revision rounds.
Approve the final film, subtitles, formats and usage scope, then receive the agreed files.
KEY MILESTONES

Verify people, facts, key messages and visual direction.

Review the complete first cut and consolidate feedback.

Approve captions, versions, aspect ratios and licences.
The schedule starts when the materials are complete and work is approved. Feedback delays, additional shoots and new requirements are scheduled separately. Changes record their impact on price and time and need both parties’ agreement.
Adjustments to pace, captions and details within the agreed direction are revisions. Replacing an approved script, adding people or changing the primary use requires a new assessment. We correct our own errors without using your revision rounds.
