Client material is used for the agreed project. Before production, agree transfer, third-party tools, processing, retention and deletion. Public display, portfolio use and additional purposes need separate permission. Original family material is not required at enquiry.
Portrait and voice
Confirm permissions for portraits, voices and interviews. Voice cloning and personal recreations are not default services and require a separate agreement. Label recreated scenes as agreed and distinguish them from actual interviews, photographs and facts.
Usage rights
Clients confirm the right to supply materials for the intended use. The quote or agreement defines territories, channels, periods and versions for music, stock material and the film. Generated output still needs a permissions review.
Revisions and cancellation
Two consolidated revision rounds are included within the agreed direction. Our corrections do not use your rounds. New directions, length or versions require agreement on cost and time. Cancellation is settled according to completed stages and the written terms agreed by both parties.

We collect your name, contact details, service brief, language and necessary source information to handle this enquiry and sales follow-up. Budget, dates and details are optional. Records are private and accessible only to authorised sales staff and administrators. They are not public posts or publicly readable API data. Marketing subscription is not bundled. Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone at +852 6497 0570 to request access, correction or deletion of your details. We verify the requester’s relationship to the record before acting. Material transfer, processing, retention and deletion arrangements are agreed separately before a project starts. Optional analytics require separate consent and are not needed for an enquiry.
Can I enquire before I have a complete idea?
Yes. Tell us the purpose and what you hope to achieve. You do not need to upload private photos or videos at the enquiry stage.
When does the production timeline start?
It starts when the materials are complete and the project is approved to begin. Waiting for feedback, shoots and new requirements are scheduled separately.
Can my family film remain private?
Yes. Public display and portfolio use require separate permission. The storyteller or designated family member confirms the people and facts.
