We begin with remote interviews, then organise photographs, the account and the timeline. Family Story includes one interview of up to 60 minutes. Life Memoir includes three interviews of up to 60 minutes each. Both are based on one main storyteller; additional people or sessions are agreed separately.
Verify facts before approving the story.
Interview audio is used for the agreed project only; other uses need separate permission. The storyteller or designated family member reviews people, events and dates. Voice cloning is not included by default and requires a separate agreement on permission, processing and use.

Review the story, key information, storyboard and visual direction before production.

Create the first cut
Produce the images, voice, music and subtitles agreed in the script.

Review together
Consolidate feedback for two rounds within scope. Our corrections do not use your revision rounds.

Receive your film
Approve the final film, subtitles, formats and usage scope, then receive the agreed files.

Can I enquire before I have a complete idea?
Yes. Tell us the purpose and what you hope to achieve. You do not need to upload private photos or videos at the enquiry stage.
When does the production timeline start?
It starts when the materials are complete and the project is approved to begin. Waiting for feedback, shoots and new requirements are scheduled separately.
Can my family film remain private?
Yes. Public display and portfolio use require separate permission. The storyteller or designated family member confirms the people and facts.
