Record approvals

Approve the purpose, script and style before production. Keep key decisions in writing so both parties know what is agreed and what remains open.

Consolidate feedback

Appoint one feedback owner and use timecodes with specific notes. Pace, captions and details can be consolidated within scope. Our errors are corrected without using your rounds.

Agree scope changes

Replacing an approved script, adding people, increasing duration or changing the main use needs a cost and timeline reassessment. A clear scope helps both parties plan the project.

Use this guide to prepare a conversation. It does not replace a project quote, rights review or agreement. Bring your purpose, approximate material quantity and timing to discuss a suitable plan.
