Agree context and terminology

Provide a glossary of brands, names and product terms, with market and tone. Hong Kong, Macau and English-language audiences need appropriate phrasing, beyond a character substitution.

Review voice, captions and pace

Listen to names, numbers and terminology and check caption breaks and reading speed. Different language lengths may need changes to shots and music.

Approve each delivered version

Approve voice language, captions, formats and file names. Multilingual does not mean unlimited versions. Additional languages and review scope belong in the quote.

Use this guide to prepare a conversation. It does not replace a project quote, rights review or agreement. Bring your purpose, approximate material quantity and timing to discuss a suitable plan.
