The agreed scope includes two consolidated revision rounds. Our errors are corrected without using your rounds. The timeline begins when materials are complete and production is approved, excluding time waiting for feedback.
Shoots, travel, additional languages, complex animation and special licences are quoted separately. Final film files are the default delivery. Full project files, voice cloning and unlimited revisions are not included. Taxes, billing currency, final scope and cancellation settlement are defined in the written quote and agreement.

Yes. Tell us the purpose and what you hope to achieve. You do not need to upload private photos or videos at the enquiry stage.
It starts when the materials are complete and the project is approved to begin. Waiting for feedback, shoots and new requirements are scheduled separately.
Yes. Public display and portfolio use require separate permission. The storyteller or designated family member confirms the people and facts.
